Garden maintenance ~ All aspects of
garden maintenance are covered lawn and green keeping, flower bed weed control
and fertilisation, tree surgery and hedge laying or pruning, fence and timber
care, drives, patio's and pathway's cleaned and sealed for anti moss and
discolouration, ponds and swimming pools cleaned and sanitised.
Building maintenance ~ Our
maintenance programmes are specifically created for your property and can
include gas safety certificates, electrical certificates, gutter and roof
maintenance checks, structural and fittings checks, redecoration programs,
waterproofing of older stone properties and security checks.
All of which can be carried out annually
quarterly or 6 monthly, by fully qualified inspection engineers that we will
arrange and collate for you all works and reports generated giving you a full
summary and report, issuing certificates where required and again all of these
works are insured and guaranteed.
We have covered contracts in Kent, London, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Bedfordshire on commercial and private domestic properties. Over and above the works quoted we can also offer
Maintenance contracts for buildings and landscaping, designs and conception of
buildings, extensions or general refurbishments.
